An undercover government agent arrives on an Italian island in order to assist a wealthy businessman rescue his daughter. The daughter has apparently been kidnapped by a drug-smuggling ring in order to keep the authorities at bay. Once the agent begins working on the case, he discovers that not everything is as it seems and he must take steps to prevent the daughter's death as well as his own.
